I see now why there are so many negative reviews after using their services. The support is almost non-existent from Shiprockets side, you would need to handle it directly with the courier companies. Even after raising the issues with the concerned team and AMs assigned there is no resolution for weeks. They will keep asking for rubbish documents in order to stretch the case in the end so that seller (you) would just drop it. This is very unprofessional behaviour and there is no fear of losing customers, as I can tell by observing them. As my orders increased the problems multiplied. Can't sustain this system for long run, moving on to find a reliable shipping broker which values its customers.
