Gavyamart Store review for Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

1 Star I have been using Shiprocket for the last 5 years as a D2C seller, but the service quality in the last one month has become extremely disappointing. Multiple times, delivery courier staff opened our parcels and items were stolen during transit. We provided complete proof including packing videos from our side and theft proof videos from customers, but there has been absolutely no proper response from the support team over email. Both Shiprocket and Shiprocket Cargo support teams are not responding responsibly. This is causing huge losses and damaging customer trust for our brand. A LOSS AROUNG 45K TILL NOW. Very pathetic service and poor accountability. After 5 years of using Shiprocket, I am finally stopping their service. I would strongly recommend all D2C brands and e-commerce sellers to avoid using Shiprocket if they value their shipments and customer trust.
