Worst app, turned my business into nightmare. They have assigned 200-300 accounts to a single person who hardly takes call or do meetings. Despite reaching good number of orders the attitude is still "chalta hai" and very casual. If you're a new business, never ever trust this app. Rather go for any smaller aggregator or shipway, atleast they will guide you with business problems. with shiprocket you will end up with sleepless nights and worst part is even whole leadership is rotten, even if you escalate to leadership they will justify their casual behaviour. End of era of shiprocket. On top of this Shiprocket engage team also does a lot of discrepancy, they silently increase pricing and when questioned they ghost you completely.
