LORA HALLE review for Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping
The app's customer support is good and responsive. However, the shipping charges are extremely high. They are taking both forward and reverse shipping charges on all shipments. We have delivered approximately 18 orders, and Shiprocket has charged both forward and return shipping charges on every shipment. Additionally, there is a very wrong discrepancy policy with Shiprocket and its courier partners. They are charging around ₹200 for shipping as well as ₹359 for discrepancy charges. Our product selling price was only ₹599, but Shiprocket took nearly ₹560 in total charges. Another major issue is that 2 of our products were lost by Shiprocket/courier partners during transit. For the lost products, they refunded only around 40% of the selling price, and that too was credited to the Shiprocket wallet instead of our bank account. We cannot properly use or withdraw the wallet balance because discrepancy charges continuously make the wallet balance negative. Whenever any refund or compensation amount is credited, it gets adjusted against the negative balance instead of being paid to us. They recover the negative amount first and then credit the remaining balance. Overall, there are too many charges, unfair discrepancy penalties, poor compensation for lost shipments, and non-transparent wallet settlement practices. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this app. Sellers should carefully review all shipping charges, discrepancy policies, and compensation terms before using this platform.
