My experience with Shiprocket has been extremely disappointing. Despite making countless calls and sending multiple emails, I have received virtually no resolution to my issues. Pickup requests are rarely completed on time, making it impossible to maintain reliable service for my customers. The customer support team appears to have little understanding of the problems and is unable to provide effective solutions. Every shipment feels stressful because there is no confidence that it will be handled properly. What is even more frustrating is that, on several occasions, orders were returned to me without my customer ever rejecting or refusing the delivery.
