Ciao Bella review for Shiprocket: eCommerce Shipping

READ THIS BEFORE YOU TRY SHIPROCKET We’ve been using Shiprocket for over 2.5 years, and honestly, our experience has become quite frustrating. Sharing this because I wish someone had told us these things before we started relying on Shiprocket: * Shipment delays have become a big issue. And when a shipment gets delayed or stuck, getting someone to actually help resolve it is another challenge. * KAM support is almost non-existent. Calls don’t get answered, messages often don’t get replies, and even when you have an urgent shipment issue, getting a proper escalation is difficult. * One KAM handling 200–300 accounts? This is what we’ve experienced/heard about the current account structure. If one person is handling that many accounts, it’s not surprising that getting a call, meeting or proper attention when you need it becomes so difficult. * Unexpected weight discrepancies and charges are another recurring headache. Getting these issues resolved can take a lot of follow-ups. * The pricing is also very high. We primarily use Blue Dart and Delhivery, so we’re not even talking about low-quality courier options. Yet we’ve found Shiprocket’s charges to be significantly higher than other platforms we’re currently exploring. * And honestly, the pricing would be easier to accept if the support was good. But paying more and then struggling to get someone to respond when there’s a problem is extremely frustrating. We’ve been loyal to Shiprocket for 2.5+ years, but at this point, we’re actively looking at other aggregators. If you’re thinking of trying Shiprocket, please compare the actual shipping rates with other platforms and ask very clearly about KAM support and escalation handling before you commit. The dashboard and multiple courier options may look convenient, but when something goes wrong with a shipment, having someone actually pick up the phone matters a lot more.
