Really straight forward way to A/B test shipping rates in checkout and is extendable enough to include promotions outside of checkout with a little dev work. Best value for the cost!

The shipscout team has been incredibly helpful and professional in getting us set up with some A/B tests. We had a few blockers that required some customized support & the shipscout team was super generous with their time in making sure our requirements were met. We have been pleasantly surprised by the analytics & have been able to use the results to drive meaningful changes to our business & bottom line.

Amazing app! With this app we are easily able to test out different free shipping thresholds and the app has so much data to look at so we can see which one our customers respond best to. Also, the support is amazing - Jeff helped us set up the test and answered any questions we had so quickly and thoroughly! I'm so glad we were able to find this app.

ShipScout is a great platform with robust analytics and delivers on pretty much everything it promises. If you're looking to test the effects of different shipping price / threshold configurations, this is THE tool. Most notably, Support has been amazing and responsive, addressing all our questions and helping our company launch and monitor our tests smoothly and accurately. Cannot recommend this enough!

Easy to use! We were able to utilize our developer to do a custom set-up with the functionality Ship Scout offered to run a threshold A/B test. Easily allowed us to identify which threshold works best for our customers! Fast replies when we had a question as well! Would recommend.

Really easy to use to set up the shipping test with a nice simple data dashboard BUT I found the experiment quite buggy. The thresholds were not always working and we would see multiple options at checkout that was not intended so we rolled the test back. I reached out to the team to ask for help to resolve the bugs but nearly a week later I am still waiting.
Thank you very much for the feedback. We shipped large structural changes to our backend (essentially ShipScout v2) to improve performance and stability at the start of the year. Unfortunately, we introduced a bug that impacted all new tests that were created for a 24hour period (we believe your test was impacted). We're very sorry for the bugs you experience and have written regression tests to prevent them from happening again. We've reached out to you to make sure your next test is successful.

AVOID - their support is nonexistent. Been emailing them daily for a week and not heard from anyone.

Very helpful support staff. Easy to set up and you can create variants that update all your FAQ pages so that shipping message is the same. The only thing is, there is no true way to segment out traffic from new vs. returning users, so everything is randomized traffic.

The app designers are super responsive and helpful!! Highly recommend downloading this to increase your conversion rate and generate additional revenue. I wanted to compare a free ship threshold vs a flat rate threshold, and though the app designers were already in process of making an easy option, they also provided a temporary (and slightly more complicated) solution in case I wanted to implement right away. I opted to wait, and because my particular store had some complicated shipping profiles they worked diligently with me to address and solve the issue. I think I had an unusually difficult scenario, where most online stores wouldn't face this issue, but the point here is that the team at ShipScout is dedicated to finding a solution for you to improve your revenue. The app worked very well, the team was awesome, and if you aren't a/b testing your shipping options you're missing out on easy revenue increase. Download this app yesterday!

I definitely recommend ShipScout for shipping AB test. We found out a huge increase of conversion rate just AB testing free shipping threshold.. amazing! Set up is super easy, and if you have problems Ben and the support team is always ready to assist you. We are really satisfied with this app!

ShipScout is single-handedly the most important and yet underrated in the App store. We used ShipScout to find, through A/B tests, the shipping rate and free shipping threshold that maximize our profit/visitor. I was surprised by how much changing a shipping rate or a free shipping threshold affected our conversion rate, average order value, and ultimately profits. Determining the profit optimizing shipping rate and free shipping threshold has much more potential and impact than people realize. When we got Shopify Plus, ShipScout helped us write a Ruby script to test 3rd party carrier rates ON A SUNDAY.

I would definitely recommend ShipScout to any store owner looking to optimize their shipping rate for conversion and profitability. Ben and the support team is simply amazing and worked with us to help define our specific test requirements based on the unique shipping settings of our store. We have a headless store and ShipScout customer service was very responsive with helping us identify issues and understand the data. We ended up increasing shipping revenue.
