Wms&Co. review for ShipStation
Terrible integration with Shopify. - If an order is edited (products change, address updated, notes added etc) that edit in Shopify does not flow over to Shipstation. So as a small business owner I need to make the edits twice. - I have two different warehouses and Shopifys split shipping is not supported as an integration with Shipstation. - I have an app on Shopify that makes beautiful, branded packing slips and invoices. But these do not travel over to Shipstation so my packages have this totally mediocre packing slip thats not on-brand for my upscale company. - I sell wholesale on Faire and while Faire and Shopify integrate beautifully when the orders flow through to Shipstation they are all screwed up with testers not registering properly and discounts showing up in a very confusing way. So every time I get a wholesale order through Faire I need to manually email them the packing slip so they can pick and fill correctly. I love my warehouse but wish they did not need to use Shipstation. I feel Shipstation does not care one bit about the business using Shopify, only about the warehouses.
