Ship Station is pure garbage. It only works occasionally. I have fixed it many times, the so called tech support has "fixed" it many times and at this point I gave up quite some time ago but yet I pay for it. I'm in process of shutting down the site after I have a huge sale to move the product in house out and I can honestly say I will be thrilled to see the last of Ship Station, the non working app that I can be rid of and not charged every month for absolutely nothing.
