Excellent customer support. The tech support guy Dan Gutierrez really helps us a lot in terms of setting up everything. He's so patient to walk us through each settings and processes. He's so nice to answer all of our questions. Now our ShipStation works perfect. With Dan's help, we strongly recommend ShipStation to all online merchants where ShipStation can be integrated with your e-commerce store. By the way, the rate shopper feature is very powerful and convenient to use. Saves our warehouse staffs hours to manually shop rates. In sum, we love this software and its support team.
