RJ De Vera might be the easiest and best support person I've dealt with. I work with Shopify, UPS, & Mail Chimp, and he seems to be the most educated and capable person I've worked with. He pays attention and made sure we were both on the same page, which makes completing tasks a lot easier. Cheers to RJ.
