Rather than having to rely on chatbots and painfully slow chat sessions with busy representatives, we were able to quickly schedule a call to discuss our needs with a real live person. Once we determined that ShipStation could help, we were scheduled to meet with their implementation team. Yes, they have a team whose job it is to help customers setup, streamline, and learn to use ShipStation. Dan Gutierrez, our shipping implementation manager, could not have been better. He did an amazing job, helping us over a series a Zoom calls. He and his team worked with us to find the best solutions for our particular shipping needs, listening, asking questions, and coming up with custom-coded solutions to help us get to where we needed to be.
