ShipStation saves us hours of work! For us it easily: - prints labels in batches, 100s at a time ( we used to do it 1 by 1!!, so annoying to do and takes up so much time) -sends tracking info to customer then sends off confirmation when it's delivered. -fulfills the orders automatically in Shopify -gives us a live rate from our Fedex account, so we know how much it costs without checking on the Fedex site -now it also gives us the transit time ( new feature!) -it allows the use of colored tags which is amazing for organization + so much more. ..they've added a bunch of new things since we starting using it 4 months ago.
