Shiptection is filling in all the gaps that our previous order insurance app had. Flexible aesthetics and function, responsive customer service and tech support and a clear and fair income split. We have not had to deal with any claims yet, so I can't speak to that portion of their services yet.

We've had a seamless experience with ShipTection from day one. The integration was smooth, and we’ve had zero issues since implementing it. Their customer service team has been consistently responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success. It's reassuring to know our customers have added protection, and the added revenue share is a nice bonus. Highly recommend ShipTection to any merchant looking for a reliable shipping protection solution.

I have been using ShipTection for a couple of months without any issues. They have a good revenue share and we do have some people add it to their purchase, so it is a add value to those customers. I looked at a couple of their competitors, but they wanted a much higher portion of the sale. We have never had a claim on a delivery. It is a win/win for a bit more revenue.

Very cost-effective, shares sales, and has excellent customer service for our buyers and excellent support for our team. Very happy we made the switch from Route!

We get way too many fraudulent orders with this app, even after uninstalling it! orders come in for $.98 with ONLY shiptection on it (no product)- this app is a target for fraud as people are checking to verify if stolen cards work by only buying the shiptection. We get several bogus orders a day when before it was probably 1 every couple months - there is nothing in the app that stops people from just buying shiptection, if you add a product and shiptection you can remove the product and shiptection stays- this is likely how they are adding only shiptection.

After working with other shipping insurance providers we are happy to be working with ShipTection. They have some of the best customer service we have found in our 15 years of e-commerce. Will went above and beyond to ensure the app is integrated with our sites and performing optimally. We highly recommend ShipTection.

ShipTection is awesome! This is a great option for customers. The customers file claims with ShipTection which gives us more time for other day to day matters. Integration and customer service are great. I highly recommend anyone looking to offer shipping protection to use them!

What a pleasure to deal with! The process has been seamless since we began and the customer service is incredible! We'v tried 3 insurance companies in 3 years and this is by far the best. Don't hesitate!

Sadly have come back to change my review to 1 star. Shiptection put on a very false front making you think they actually offer what they are advertising but after using them for a prolonged period we have found they are just another typical insurer who only has their interest at heart, not the customers. We have had constant glitches with the app when it was turned on to automatic, which heavily impacted our conversion rate. We chose to remove it from the site and move to manual adding, this is when everything came unstuck. At the point we weren’t insuring every order the claim rejection began, then they sneakily tried to turn our insurance on the auto add which meant we were paying insurance on all orders without consenting to it. When I addressed this our manual function stopped working, so we emailed asking them to add the insurance for us. Without explanation they contacted us telling we are no longer insurable - we have had extremely minimal claims and the last few were all rejected. Apparently if they can’t take advantage of you and force you to pay insurance on every order, whether it’s needed or not, it’s not beneficial to insure you. Your options are - have insurance on your website and have a glitchy site that affects conversion, or ask for manual B2B insurance and be rejected for your claims because you aren’t paying them enough. 100% steer clear!
We were disappointed to see you changed your 5-star review, as it seems to have been done in response to our decision not to continue working with you. When we notified the merchant, we told them we would honor all policies while providing refunds for all recent transactions. We spent significant resources internally to try to make ShipTection work for the merchant and were hoping to part ways on good terms. App Performance on Site: Our team reviewed ShipTection’s functionality on their site but other 3rd party apps continued to interfere with our app. We agreed that removing ShipTection from the cart was the best idea until we had a different solution. B2B ShipTection: Regarding B2B ShipTection malfunctioning, we have hundreds of sites using it and no one else has reported an issue. We checked logs for errors and never saw any app performance issues. We also never changed any settings without the merchants consent.

This app is the absolute BEST. Payment for claims are ultra fast ( a couple days) and painless. This beats filing a claim with the shipping carriers whom you never hear back from. Highly recommend for any online business!

Hands down best shipping insurance app! The revenue share has others in the market beat and the ease of which claims are processed is superb. I've had this on our store for months and has been working flawlessly. Their team answers questions quickly and helps with integration and setup. Overall, I can highly recommend it!

ShipTection has been great! Customer service has been very quick to respond to any questions or situations that we run into, although we haven't had many problems at all! Happy to suggest them to others looking for a shipping protection option.

We are currently using Shiptection to cover lost bags. The customer service has been awesome! They email back right away and we've loved working with them. If you're looking for a better alternative to Route, this is it!
