We have recently transferred our account to Shopify with Shiptheory being our dispatch app. Despite many teething problems on our part, Josh Hodder has always been on the other end of the phone to sort them out. He video called this morning and patiently worked through the issues we were having . He has made the process so much easier than it may have been

We have been using Shiptheory for a couple of months now and it has been a great experience. The platform is super easy and simple to use, and the support team is really responsive, helpful and eager to help. I have mainly be dealing with Josh & George who are both so lovely and helpful whenever I have had a query.

Integrated shipping between shopify and Parcelforce. Works great, we've been using them for about 9 months without issue. Even better their customer service pick up the phone right away and fix things just as fast.

Ship Theory is one of the most important platforms we use, what used to take hours now takes minutes and now we couldn't operate without it! Support is always first class, just this week we had a few queries and had to change our shipping method, George resolved everything in less than 10 minutes meaning we could continue sending with no disruption

We have been using them for over a year now and it's been a positive experience for us. The support is really helpful which is a major plus, they are extremely fast at responding which is crucial when any problems arise.

We have been using Shiptheory for nearly 2 years now - and they have transformed the way we run our business! We used to print orders manually but the automated systems they put it place for us have been amazing! The Shiptheory team have been able to cater to all our needs, and create personalised/bespoke systems for us to be able to achieve our goals. George has been a great help through all if this, always replying to all emails/calls quickly. He goes above and beyond to help us, and explains everything so clearly to us! Highly recommend the platform!

We have used Shopify since our launch in 2020 - It was recommended to us and does exactly what we need, so much so we are now starting to roll it out as part of our new business software comapny wide, rather than just a Shopify link. Support is fantastic and super speedy with a response and solution!

We've been using Shiptheory for just over a year and have had a great experience. App runs well without any issues and makes shipping a breeze. Any issues we've run into have been answered or resolved very quickly. I've had a lot of communication with Henry from support and he's been great at getting our issues resolved. Highly recommend service and company.

We have been using Shiptheory for years now and is a fantastic product. If anything ever goes wrong, the support team are always very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend to any Ecommerce companies needing a bulk shipping label solution!

Started using Shiptheory at the beginning of 2023 and I can't fault them. The app runs smoothly and does just what I need! The customer service is what stands out the most for me. Always there to answer any queries or to help make adjustments within minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Easiest to use shipping app we have ever had. Taken a while to find the right one but glad we have found it. With international orders it really helps and just streamlines the whole process. Rita our rep has helped every step of the way. All round great service, can't fault it.

After extensive research for a shipping app where we could create international shipping labels, fully automatic, directly from our Shopify Order page. I decided to go for Shiptheory, and I am very glad I did. After setting the right international shipping rules, this app made it possible for our entire staff to label each and every order themselves, without needing the knowledge of every shipping product for each destination country. The entire Customer service team of Shiptheory is very responsive & helpfull, in case of any issues, and are even willing to go an extra step in case you request something custom or a new improvement in the app. Keep up the amazing work!
