Brilliant app and brilliant service. The team at Shiptheory have taken note of everything we needed for our business and have helped get us setup quickly. They even developed a bispoke pick list for us within a short time frame. The support and training given has been great and the whole team are friendly and helpful.

We've been using Shiptheory since launching on Shopify back in February. It's a great app that has allowed us to semi automated the printing of postage labels. We are looking to use this app to fully automate in the coming months. I think what is even more pleasing is the team behind the app really care about their customers. Support reaching out to you by phone when there are important updates, rather than leaving them and panic reacting. Furthermore the team are very knowledgeable and have never let us down. We've been with Shiptheory for 6 months now and their support is second to none- people tend to use that phrase lightly but I stand by it. I cannot recommend them highly enough; their technical knowledge, their ability to react quickly to issues (at our end not theirs, I hasten to add) and their support is exemplary. It also happens to be a great product.

Really impressive software & a great team of technical experts to support it! We've been using these guys for roughly 2 years and have had nothing but amazing technical support. The set up takes no time at all and once you're up and running it's incredibly simple to use. They've really taken our shipping process to a whole new level especially during the busier times. Couldn't recommend enough.

Amazing software that makes shipping process a lot easier and so much faster! It’s going to be a lifesaver for us during the upcoming Black Friday & Christmas season.
