Video support at any time (you just need to book a call from the website) 3. Whatsapp support and website chat support with our team We do not recommend calls since its often difficult to understand the problem on audio, and its much better to schedule a call on video - a slot is generally available within 4-8 hours during our business time. As a business owner, we can understand that sometimes you may need immediate resolutions - but its difficult to make any changes on the app without clear requirements, development and testing. This is true for any SaaS app and we try to provide clear timelines for any change or issue request from your side.
