We’ve been using Multi Vendor Marketplace Pro+ for our Shopify store, and honestly, it has made managing vendors much easier than we expected. From vendor onboarding to order management, everything is handled smoothly in one place. What we liked the most is their support team. Whenever we faced any issue or needed some custom setup, they were quick to respond and genuinely helpful. It feels like they actually care about helping merchants grow instead of just providing an app.

A great experience so far working with Shipturtle. The team is fast, responsive, and communicates clearly throughout the entire process. You always know where things stand. What really sets them apart is their problem-solving mindset. Rather than saying something isn't possible, they consistently look for ways to make it work. We have been working with ShipTurtle for a long time while building a complex multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify, and honestly their support team has been one of the biggest reasons why we were able to move forward successfully. Our project includes hyperlocal delivery logic, vendor management, ZIP code filtering, custom marketplace workflows, inventory synchronization discussions with ERP systems, API-related questions, and many non-standard technical requirements. Throughout all of this, the ShipTurtle team consistently stayed responsive, patient, and willing to help. What we appreciate most is that they do not simply give generic replies — they actually investigate issues deeply and try to find real solutions. In several difficult situations their team spent significant time checking configurations, syncing data, escalating tickets internally, and helping us stabilize important marketplace functionality. Shipturtle has been a really valuable partner in helping us launch our multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify. The app covers a wide range of marketplace functionality, including vendor management, seller workflows, commissions, payouts and order management, which has been important for our business as we scale. What has stood out most is the support from the Shipturtle team. During our setup and launch phase, there were a lot of moving parts to work through, and Jaineel and the team were responsive, patient and genuinely committed to helping us get everything set up properly. They’ve been hands-on, open to feedback and solution-focused throughout the process. I’d happily recommend Shipturtle to Shopify stores looking to build and manage a multi-vendor marketplace.

we just used trial for 15 days but they charged us $149 every month. we also uninstalled the app but after still charging. still waiting for refund. totally. if we don't realize it, we will end up paying for an app we haven't used. also we couldn't reach out to them still.
Dear merchant, Shopify handles all charges as per their published policy applicable to all apps. You have installed the app in Nov-25 and uninstalled in Apr-26. The charges are computed correctly as per the records. Once uninstalled, no charge is added for subsequent months. You can write to us at [email protected] or on our website chat feature anytime. Our team is also trying to reach you to resolve this misunderstanding.

Very good customer service and developing team - our store has a very specific interface requirement, raised it, and the team has followed up and trying to fix it, and changed the UI to make it feasible. Thanks a lot! Will keep using it.

I was on a very complicated backend of Magento and Shipturtle made it possible for me to move my marketplace to Shopify. The team is extremely prompt and helpful with all of the queries and they help support you with walk throughs and through deconstruction of issues and ways to resolve them. If you are wondering if they are good people to do business with, do not wonder anymore, take my word for it. Our marketplace runs seamlessly because of the smooth functionality built by shipturtle.

Excelente herramienta para gestionar múltiples vendedores en Shopify. Llevamos varias semanas probándola y nos ha facilitado muchísimo el manejo de catálogos (productos y precios), la autogestión por parte de los vendors y la visibilidad operativa en un solo panel. La curva de aprendizaje fue corta y el soporte ha sido oportuno. Como mejora, el UI aún podría ser más amigable e intuitivo, aunque vemos avances constantes en cada actualización. En conjunto, la recomendamos para marketplaces que necesitan escalar la gestión de vendedores y productos dentro de Shopify.

We've been working with Shipturtle for almost a year. I'll start by saying the team are a bunch of really good people. You can feel that they have real intent to support your business. Secondly, the tech is stable and implementable. I've had minimal issues and it's flexible and broad enough to support almost any type of multi-vendor model.
