MasterCase review for Multi Vendor Marketplace Pro+

Shipturtle is a great tool for building a multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify and it has handled everything we have asked of it. Vendor onboarding, commission rules, payout calculation, invoicing and shipping labels are all managed in one place, and it coped with some genuinely awkward requirements without needing a developer. What stood out most was the team. Every question came back with a real answer from someone who had actually looked at the problem, not a canned reply pointing us at a help article. Mitva took care of our onboarding and from day one we felt welcome and heard. Priy in particular went well beyond what we expected, including on the harder payment and payout questions that are genuinely difficult to get right. If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper marketplace, Shipturtle does the things Shopify itself will not do. The product is strong, the whole team has been extremely helpful, and the support behind it is the reason we would recommend it to anyone. Highly recommended. I would add that if you can make it work the operations track is well worth the cost and will pay for itself over again.
