Multi Vendor Marketplace Pro+
Shipturtle has received a mix of positive and negative reviews from ecommerce merchants using the app on their Shopify stores. On the positive side, users appreciate the multi-vendor functionality that handles product listings, commission structures, and order routing efficiently, saving them from expensive custom development. The platform is praised for streamlining and scaling business operations, enabling smoother marketplace operations, and providing valuable support during onboarding. Users also highlight the responsiveness and helpfulness of the Shipturtle support team, as well as the ease of processing orders and managing workflows. However, some users have faced challenges such as bugs, loading delays, and performance issues after recent updates. Additionally, there are complaints about slow servers, difficulties in customizing the vendor dashboard, and issues with billing and refunds. Despite these drawbacks, the majority of users find Shipturtle to be a reliable solution for building and managing multi-vendor marketplaces on Shopify.
It's impossible to overstate how helpful Shipturtle has been with my new business (an online plant Marketplace). The App and its add-ons cover everything you could think of but even more impressive is their attitude toward making sure you get as much as possible out of the App. They take a real interest in your business, making you feel like you're in a collaboration not just a transaction. I highly recommend Shipturtle.
We've been using ShipTurtle to manage our vendor network across India, and I believe the founder and team have the vision and capability to become strong leaders in the marketplace space. The platform provides a mechanism for managing vendors, orders, and marketplace operations. A special mention goes to Pranav and Raunak, who have consistently demonstrated strong technical expertise, a clear understanding of issues, and a practical approach to problem-solving. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and committed to helping resolve challenges effectively. I would also like to acknowledge Nisarg, who has been proactive in following up on issues, coordinating discussions, and ensuring matters continue to move forward. Our journey with ShipTurtle started with some challenges, but what stood out was the technical team's willingness to listen, adapt, and find solutions based on discussions. Their commitment to continuous improvement has helped address concerns and strengthen the platform. The system is now working well for our needs, and it has been encouraging to see the team's dedication to supporting clients as they navigate the complexities of managing multiple vendors. I would recommend ShipTurtle to businesses operating marketplaces or managing multiple sellers, and I look forward to seeing the company continue to grow, innovate, and build on the strong foundation of their technical team.
If you're building a B2B marketplace on Shopify, Shipturtle is fantastic. We're using it to power Rail Depot Direct — Australia's first dedicated online marketplace for the rail industry — and it's been central to getting us from concept to launch. The multi-vendor functionality handles vendor product listings, commission structures, and order routing really well — things that would otherwise require expensive custom development. The Shopify integration works well throughout. What sets Shipturtle apart is the Ultimate Plan operations support. The team brings genuine knowledge and experience in marketplaces while helping you configure the platform for your specific use case. The Performance Marketing add-on has been great. They've optimised our site for both Google and AI-driven search, and the content they've produced has driven real organic traffic. For a brand new platform in a niche industry, that's no small feat. If you're serious about building a marketplace on Shopify, Shipturtle is excellent.
Steer away if possible. Slow and sluggish servers, takes ages to load from Europe. Vendor dashboard that they claimed was customizable is impossible to customize, scaring away vendors that give it a try. Tried very hard making a project with them, whenever you send a message to project leader they reply with hallucinated GPT answers. They claim to have implemented project tasks that they never touched, its like working with a company that lives in alternate reality. Had to abort the project and make our own multivendor app.
The experience has been pretty smooth so far. The platform is easy to understand, setup was simple, and it already feels much more organized. Support team was helpful during onboarding too.
