Very good customer service and developing team - our store has a very specific interface requirement, raised it, and the team has followed up and trying to fix it, and changed the UI to make it feasible. Thanks a lot! Will keep using it.

I was on a very complicated backend of Magento and Shipturtle made it possible for me to move my marketplace to Shopify. The team is extremely prompt and helpful with all of the queries and they help support you with walk throughs and through deconstruction of issues and ways to resolve them. If you are wondering if they are good people to do business with, do not wonder anymore, take my word for it. Our marketplace runs seamlessly because of the smooth functionality built by shipturtle.

Excelente herramienta para gestionar múltiples vendedores en Shopify. Llevamos varias semanas probándola y nos ha facilitado muchísimo el manejo de catálogos (productos y precios), la autogestión por parte de los vendors y la visibilidad operativa en un solo panel. La curva de aprendizaje fue corta y el soporte ha sido oportuno. Como mejora, el UI aún podría ser más amigable e intuitivo, aunque vemos avances constantes en cada actualización. En conjunto, la recomendamos para marketplaces que necesitan escalar la gestión de vendedores y productos dentro de Shopify.

We have had a very positive experience with ShipTurtle so far. The platform itself is well structured and offers exactly the functionality needed to manage multi-vendor operations efficiently. What truly stands out, however, is the level of support. The team has been extremely responsive, patient, and solution-oriented throughout our interactions.
