I have a few things to mention. 1. Support did not get back to me for a few days when they tell you within 24 business hours. I needed their support because they wrote some of the coding wrong and needed it fixed as customers could see the mistakes. Another thing they told me is it was better to join Whatsapp just to get faster support? Who does that? So strange. I'm not downloading another app just to get faster support when it should be already built into your store database. 2. The base price gives you some things but if transitioning to a multi-vendor marketplace, the price goes from the base price to another $30-$45/month. 3. Only being able to add a 20 MB file document or tack on another add on monthly fee is ridiculous. It's barely any storage. I switched to a different company which is a better fit for my company and provides a more seamless experience overall.

Hello! Sorry to hear your experience. It seems you took a demo with us and have some reservations. Please find our replies below - 1. We are generally pretty fast with replies on email as well as whatsapp. We gave you an option for whatsapp chat since its quicker than email. In case you are not comfortable with it, it is not necessary to join. We do support on email and website chat regardless. 2. The pricing is published on the website and on the app. We also have a 14 day free trial so that you know what the solution will finallly cost. 3. The 20 mb limit is per document. In most cases customers attach images which are under that limit. For digital files, we do support documents as large as 1 GB and beyond, but we charge for server space in such cases. This is a fast-growing app that has already deployed powerful new features in the 12 months I've been using it. The team is receptive to user feedback and it was simple and low friction to get set up. Any issues were resolved attentively. The major downside is the support. Because they are overseas and you are typically talking to a non-technical person, even small issues take about a week to resolve, typically. Often an incomplete solution is delivered and multiple back and forths are required for simple briefs / bug fixes.
