The experience is smooth, and the user interface is intuitive and easy to manage. Additionally, the support and sales teams are excellent. The support team resolves tickets promptly, and all team members are very supportive, knowledgeable, and attentive. They listen to concerns carefully and take immediate action to address them.

Have been using ShipTurtle for a month so far working with MANAN as my lead team project manager. So far communication has been excellent with him, he is always eager to help and gets back to me with updates quickly and goes above and beyond, very impressed. The service provided has been very reassuring coming from another marketplace provider, Webkul which I had an awful experience with. The user experience of ShipTurtle has been great and the platform is very user friendly and will be easy for sellers to use. Hoping to launch my marketplace soon, just waiting on a few updates about the returns process and finalising that with the team then should be good to go :) Look forward to seeing how the platform operates once I launch :)

The app is amazing for anyone running a marketplace. The team has been extremely helpful. Well thought out features such as vendor settings, payments according to vendors and vendors' about us page. Looking forward to more features and using this long-term.

We hired Shipturtle for custom work and paid a lot, but after more than three months the app still doesn’t work properly. It’s full of bugs and has caused us more problems than solutions. We asked for a refund, but they refused. Thankfully, we paid through Shopify and have a signed contract, so we’re taking it up with them now. Just a very frustrating experience overall.

As a team we budget for such scenarios and always try to deliver a solution which fits your business. My experience with Shipturtle has been a mix of positives and not so positive challenges. On one hand, the platform does offer useful multi-vendor functionality, and the concept of customizing it for my barter marketplace is exactly what I needed. On the other hand, communication and timelines have sometimes felt unclear, which made the process more stressful. If they can tighten up their updates and project management, I believe Shipturtle could be a very strong partner. I did however, have high hopes for working with Shipturtle, but my experience hasn’t matched the expectations that were set. After paying for a customization project, communication dropped off and I’ve struggled to get regular updates on progress. As a small business owner, this lack of clarity is frustrating, especially when I’m on a timeline to launch. I still hope the team delivers, but right now, I can’t recommend them without caution.

At ShipTurtle, we follow a structured process for all customization projects. Once the scope is defined, we prepare a detailed PRD (Project Requirements Document) before starting development. This step ensures clarity for both sides and typically takes more time than the actual coding. In your case, you had requested to view the project live in phases — which many business owners prefer — but as we explained, development can only begin once the PRD is finalized. As per our last communication, you were happy with the completed work and have requested us to keep the project on hold while your overall launch is delayed by about three months. We’re happy to accommodate that and will be ready to resume whenever you are.

We have been using Shipturtle for a few months now, and it has already made a huge difference in how we manage vendors and customers. Both the vendor login and merchant login are straightforward and intuitive, which makes the day-to-day experience seamless for everyone involved. The white label and branding features are also excellent. Our partners log in and immediately feel like they are in our own ecosystem. It gives a professional and polished look without requiring extra work on our side. We switched from Webkul and Garnet because those platforms felt fidgety and overly complex. Shipturtle has been the opposite. It is clean, reliable, and easy to use. We are especially excited about how smooth the onboarding process will be for our customers as we continue to grow. Shipturtle has simplified operations in a way that lets us focus more on building our business and less on backend headaches. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a customizable and dependable vendor management platform.

We recently migrated our multi-vendor marketplace to Shipturtle after struggling with limitations in another app. Their team has been extremely responsive and committed to helping us solve complex shipping and pickup requirements that other apps couldn’t handle. At first there were multiple functionality issues in at least 4 of their add on features that took weeks to fix. But once the issues were resolved the platform itself is flexible and powerful — shipping profiles, hyperlocal delivery, and vendor management are well thought out. Their customer support team is very accessible over WhatsApp, which makes communication fast and personal.

I cancelled my subscription and even received a confirmation email, yet they continue charging me. I’ve emailed them multiple times with no response. Completely unprofessional, still being billed after cancellation is unacceptable. Not recommended at all.

Hello! Apologize for your experience and the delay in replies. We had some changes in our internal processes which lead to the missed emails. Just as a clarification, the amount is charged by Shopify as per their billing policy. Once an app is uninstalled, Shipturtle cannot raise a charge at all (just like any other app on Shopify). We have replied to you on email and also taken steps to allay your problem. Please let us know in case there is still anything missing.

I have a few things to mention. 1. Support did not get back to me for a few days when they tell you within 24 business hours. I needed their support because they wrote some of the coding wrong and needed it fixed as customers could see the mistakes. Another thing they told me is it was better to join Whatsapp just to get faster support? Who does that? So strange. I'm not downloading another app just to get faster support when it should be already built into your store database. 2. The base price gives you some things but if transitioning to a multi-vendor marketplace, the price goes from the base price to another $30-$45/month. 3. Only being able to add a 20 MB file document or tack on another add on monthly fee is ridiculous. It's barely any storage. I switched to a different company which is a better fit for my company and provides a more seamless experience overall.

We are generally pretty fast with replies on email as well as whatsapp. We gave you an option for whatsapp chat since its quicker than email. In case you are not comfortable with it, it is not necessary to join. We do support on email and website chat regardless. 2. The pricing is published on the website and on the app. We also have a 14 day free trial so that you know what the solution will finallly cost. 3. The 20 mb limit is per document. In most cases customers attach images which are under that limit. For digital files, we do support documents as large as 1 GB and beyond, but we charge for server space in such cases. We've been using Shipturtle for Kala Curry to manage our growing network of artisan vendors across India, and it's been a game-changer in many ways. The platform makes it easy to onboard and coordinate with multiple vendors, track orders, and manage shipping logistics. The user interface is clean and intuitive, and the team has been responsive whenever we've had questions or needed support. That said, there’s still a bit of room for improvement—especially around customization options for vendor communication and dashboard insights and more consistent customer support. But overall, Shipturtle has helped us save a lot of time and brought structure to what used to be a fairly scattered process. Definitely recommend it if you're running a marketplace or working with multiple sellers.

Shipturtle is a game changer. It's easy to use and has helped us manage vendor shipping and order syncing more efficiently. Support is responsive and helpful too. Definitely a solid tool for multi-vendor setups.

We shopped around for a multi vendor marketplace app and we ultimately chose Shipturtle because it delivers the best features and service for the price. Other companies will charge you $500+ for the same features you can get from Shipturtle for $300 or less. They also don't force you to pay for the full year up front like some of the other options. The Shipturtle Team has helped us with everything we needed help with and the dashboard interface has easy-to-use UX/UI so you don't have to be an expert to navigate the system. We recommend Shipturtle to anyone looking for a MVMP solution.

Shipturtle has been a total game-changer for us. We went from running a simple Shopify store to building out a full marketplace, and this app made it possible. The vendor sync with Etsy and Shopify is amazing because it makes it so much easier for vendors to join without having to juggle multiple platforms. That’s been huge for getting people onboarded quickly, especially when the new platform was starting up. (It's tough building a two-sided marketplace and anything we could do to get vendors on board quickly is valuable.) And honestly, the customer support is next level. Every time we’ve had a question, they’ve gotten back to us right away. Super helpful, super responsive. Not just via email, but via WhatsApp and Zoom as well. If you're thinking about turning your shop into a marketplace, just get Shipturtle. It’s been exactly what we needed.

This is a fast-growing app that has already deployed powerful new features in the 3 short months I've been using it. The team is ultra-responsive to user feedback and it was simple and low friction to get set up. Any issues are resolved attentively. The only downside is the support. Because they are overseas and you are typically talking to a non-technical person, even small issues take about a week to resolve, typically. Often an incomplete solution is delivered and multiple back and forths are required for simple briefs / bug fixes.
