Shipturtle has genuinely helped us streamline and scale our business operations in many positive ways. The platform has been valuable for managing workflows and enabling smoother marketplace operations overall. That said, after the recent update, we’ve been facing quite a few bugs, loading delays, and performance-related issues which have at times impacted the experience and daily operations. However, one thing we truly appreciate is the Shipturtle support team. Their responsiveness and willingness to prioritize and resolve tickets quickly has been commendable throughout. Hoping the platform stability improves further with upcoming fixes and updates.
