WORST SERVICE and WORST TEAM , Deducted three payments RS 10643, RS 9069,Rs 2656 for single month with in a gap of three days , trying for one month regarding refund , but initially they didnt responded, once Shopify intervened , they communicated for some time but again not responding to customer, I will advise everybody to avoid these bunch of crooks and thieves , its our hard earned money and this is no mean a small amount , they have no right to steal our money , DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP

I faced a poor service experience. There was no support or response from the team despite multiple follow-ups.

Shipway is a great platform for the users as well as the end customers as it make both our Job easier. The support is extremely fast, efficient and helpful.

Shipway order tracking app is excellent! The response from Ms. Jyothi Panchal was very quick and efficient. The customer service provided was outstanding and highly commendable. Great experience overall!
