Extremely disappointing experience with Shipway. We have been trying to integrate Allcargo Gati / Gati KWE tracking with our Shopify store and have contacted Shipway support more than 100 times through calls and messages. Unfortunately, we have received little to no meaningful response. Every time we follow up, we are given vague assurances that the issue will be resolved soon, but there is no actual progress or accountability. It feels like customers are being kept waiting indefinitely without any clear answers. As a business, we depend on reliable courier integrations and responsive support. Instead, we have wasted countless hours chasing the support team with no resolution. This has affected our operations and customer experience. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend Shipway if timely support and dependable integrations are important for your business.
WORST SERVICE and WORST TEAM , Deducted three payments RS 10643, RS 9069,Rs 2656 for single month with in a gap of three days , trying for one month regarding refund , but initially they didnt responded, once Shopify intervened , they communicated for some time but again not responding to customer, I will advise everybody to avoid these bunch of crooks and thieves , its our hard earned money and this is no mean a small amount , they have no right to steal our money , DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS APP

Shipway is a great platform for the users as well as the end customers as it make both our Job easier. The support is extremely fast, efficient and helpful.

The app is easy to install and configure, and its intuitive interface allows customers to easily track the status of their orders.
Nice app , Free plan also avilable for tracking orders till 50 order a month, very nice service to customers
I used this app for like 2 years on yearly subscription, as I can remember. But I had a super bad experience when I decided to stop using it. I decided to switch to another app because they don't have Klaviyo integration. Then on March 3, the app auto renewed the subscription (I don't know they can auto renew because last time I had to buy manually). I recognized this on March 6, and I immediately contacted them for refund. Their policy stated that they could refund the unused credits within 30 days of purchase. They told me to contact Shopify support. The Shopify support then raised a ticket to them so that they can refund using the Partner Dashboard. And they just didn't reply. I tried reaching out to them via the live chat on the app, or told Shopify support to push them. But no help. They still don't reply as for now. I see that they don't want to help customers when there are refund tickets. So guys, remember to uninstall the app if you don't use it anymore.

As a standard process our team tried to you reach you mutiple times to convert your credits into any other apps where there was no response. Its a nice app for e-commerce logistics and notification. You can easily setup the notifications and other things.
Very good app. I have been using this app to send whatsapp notification to customer about the order. It really makes it easier for customers to track their orders.
Good for tracking details, and also the service is also recommendable. It must be used on the website to give a smooth customer experience.
It don't show the message on the top of the page. I tries evrything I can but I just can have the two boxes but no messages on the top

It is a nice application and helped me to get my work done in a different and better and helpful way.
I am using this app quite a while now they i have amazing features and the customer service is also amazing whenever i need help shipway customer support was there for me.
