Extremely disappointing experience with Shipway. We have been trying to integrate Allcargo Gati / Gati KWE tracking with our Shopify store and have contacted Shipway support more than 100 times through calls and messages. Unfortunately, we have received little to no meaningful response. Every time we follow up, we are given vague assurances that the issue will be resolved soon, but there is no actual progress or accountability. It feels like customers are being kept waiting indefinitely without any clear answers. As a business, we depend on reliable courier integrations and responsive support. Instead, we have wasted countless hours chasing the support team with no resolution. This has affected our operations and customer experience. Very disappointing service. I would not recommend Shipway if timely support and dependable integrations are important for your business.
