It's a good & must have app. Whatsapp integration is charged separately. Already they are charging quite high amount per order. Whatsapp could have been included in that cost itself. Overall good App but overpriced. Will use till I find a good alternate App in correct price

Using this app, neat simple dashboard to show all courier details. Easy to integrate, saved us a lot of headaches of going to different courier panels. Would recommend anyone to use this

Works very well and provides very good value for the price. Would recommend. Can help you save a lot by tracking wrongly RTOed COD orders. Marks orders as delivered natively on shopify which is great as it allows you to send delivered email directly from shopify for free. Only would suggest the team to also implement the same for dispatched and in transit statuses.

It has helped us reduce customer enquiries asking for tracking info, Makes it nice to keep the customer on the website itself to show tracking info. Love the WhatsApp feature too. Definitely recommend.

Shipway dose its job completely. Customer are updated by sms/whatsapp notifications of order status. Support team is very active and supportive. I highly recommended shipway.

This app is useful to understand the courier's performance better and We also send feedback link to the customer
