Très pratique pour avoir un suivi détaillé de tous ses envoi sur le tableau de bord. Dommage cependant que le tableau de bord ne soit pas intégré directement à Shopify. De plus le plugin à intégrer à sa boutique permettant au client de suivre directement sa commande est très pratique. Et surtout, un service client et une réactivité au top !! Je recommande !

Great app, support is responsive, pricing for silver is affordable for any client. My recommendations: fix issue on dashboard and statistics with disabled trackings and it would be great if at least email notifications would go to admin.

Its an extremely useful and easy to use app. The features are just amazing. Not only are we able to have a dashboard of order wise delivery status, we are also able to request customer reviews, get proactive customer emails in case of delivery delays and failure, making our operations super smooth! Must hve app, Shipway. Very sueful in building a relationship with customers through SMS Updates. Helped to reduce RTO, amazed with the deliver problem shipment alerts. Happy to get customer review about products and services. 100% worth the price

Good app, easy to use, and probably the best one for India based shops. We had a issue with the statuses for our courier, emailed Shipway and they fixed it overnight. Very happy with the service.
