Works very well and provides very good value for the price. Would recommend. Can help you save a lot by tracking wrongly RTOed COD orders. Marks orders as delivered natively on shopify which is great as it allows you to send delivered email directly from shopify for free. Only would suggest the team to also implement the same for dispatched and in transit statuses.

Happy to use this app. This is very helpful for our customers in tracking order at product level. Also helpful for our team to understand which parcel got stuck and needs to raise complaints.

It has helped us reduce customer enquiries asking for tracking info, Makes it nice to keep the customer on the website itself to show tracking info. Love the WhatsApp feature too. Definitely recommend.

Shipway dose its job completely. Customer are updated by sms/whatsapp notifications of order status. Support team is very active and supportive. I highly recommended shipway.

I am using this app for all my shipping and logistics tracking. They are really the best you can have for your Shopify account. 1-click connect to all logistics courier and they are best app for all your shipping, tracking or RTO requirement. Just dont think twice, get this app. You will never regret.

We have been sing this app since 5 years now, and it works like a charm. Integrates almost all Indian carriers. The support is extremely fast, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended for all e-com stores in India.

Très pratique pour avoir un suivi détaillé de tous ses envoi sur le tableau de bord. Dommage cependant que le tableau de bord ne soit pas intégré directement à Shopify. De plus le plugin à intégrer à sa boutique permettant au client de suivre directement sa commande est très pratique. Et surtout, un service client et une réactivité au top !! Je recommande !

Great app, support is responsive, pricing for silver is affordable for any client. My recommendations: fix issue on dashboard and statistics with disabled trackings and it would be great if at least email notifications would go to admin.

Its an extremely useful and easy to use app. The features are just amazing. Not only are we able to have a dashboard of order wise delivery status, we are also able to request customer reviews, get proactive customer emails in case of delivery delays and failure, making our operations super smooth!
