Simple to use. Automatically send tracking emails to customers. I've reduced my time spent on replying to customers queries about packages whereabouts. Makes great looking tracking pages. Support were helpful.

Its an extremely useful and easy to use app. The features are just amazing. Not only are we able to have a dashboard of order wise delivery status, we are also able to request customer reviews, get proactive customer emails in case of delivery delays and failure, making our operations super smooth! Much Recommended!

We recently started using this app and it helps a lot! Until now if the Courier failed to deliver a package without noticing the customer, he/she would just wait for long, and only come to me indicating the problem by the time the Courier already sent back the package to the supplier. From now on my customers know exactly on the day of failed delivery that they need to go to the Courier office to look after their package.

Simple and useful app. I was using another app earlier who was not responsive. You can customize templates. You can have your own sender id I liked that you can customize any sms template The interface is also clean and easy to use. Overall nice experience.

We have multiple E commerce websites and are very satisfied with Shipway app and their support. Customers can track their orders online plus they get a message and email on every shipping status change. We also get feedback from our customers after every NDR and delivery. Decrease in RTO after using this app. Brilliant App.

We at Stillersafe.com use the Shipway App for shipment tracking. We have used it for a month now and have no problems. The support is fantastic, as the team has replied to every one of my queries. The tool itself is brilliant. It's so seamless, you don't know that it's running in the background. Super usefl and a great value addition to any shopify store.

Great app. I have had issues with other apps when my customer was trying to Track Order. I installed this and asked the technical team to help me set up my courrier service correctly and they did really well. I would appreciate the help and recommend others.

great concept and i believe a little outdated but functional. they have a quick live chat support which is impressive. the drawback for me right now is that i'm setting up a brand new store and their plans are prepaid bulk orders for tracking and email and all kinds of stuff. it's great but i don't want to prepay for something i may not even need yet or at all.
