Support antwortet einfach mal tage lang nicht und wenn dann sehr knapp und oft einfach unproduktiv, Bestellungen stehen über Wochen auf Sync, wenn man dann den Support anschreibt, kommt tage lang nicht. Es antwortet immer die selber Person, die sehr uninteressiert ist und dem Kunden gefühlt gar nicht helfen möchte. Die Produkte sind wirklich gut, aber der Support geht gar nicht klar, kann ich überhaupt nicht empfehlen, habe nun endgültig die Druckerei gewechselt, nie wieder

*Edit... We've had approximately 20% of items lose their printing within 2 washes; they have subsequently refunded or reprinted these items - however that's a very high rate. Also shipping has turned out to be much more unreliable over time... eg. our last 2 orders: one in EU the customer was notified that the item had been shipped, yet the item didn't actually arrive to be shipped for another 7 days (Shirtee ID: DRE1085EC3AB0). Internationally, the item didn't leave the export centre for 10 business days (DR9E03EF919A3). There are no avenues for raising complaints about shipping until 15 business days after no new notifications. Furthermore, the issues with cashflow and wallet are becoming increasingly more frustrating - we received an order with estimated production being ±450 Euro, and we had ±420 Euro in our wallet. We transferred an extra 270 Euro, but because we transferred on a Friday, it didn't arrive in our wallet until Tuesday, which means that customer's order didn't get placed into production queue until 4 days later... and on the site is advertised even if the wallet doesn't fully cover the estimated production yet is close, the order will enter production - what is that amount? Yes their range available is great, but unless things improve, we will be looking for another partner ASAP which is incredibly frustrating after all the work that went in to developing over 100 unique products on their platform and on our site* Overall the experience is quite good, and we would recommend them as a partner - there's just a bit of work to be done... For example, every item created will automatically be created in German, even if selected to be created in English. Updating wallet via bank transfer will take ±72hours, adding delays if you don't want to keep your business' money in their account. We would also like a better accuracy connecting stock levels to our site - we've had to let customers know that their order was actually out of stock, even though it was marked as in stock when the order was put through. But, the printing quality is really good, and shipping and manufacturing is done quite quickly. Within Europe we're seeing ± 7 business days from order to delivery. With urgent order issues, we also see customer support within 24 hours. It's going to be interesting going through a Christmas period with stock levels and customer support..
