Ich finde den Service unprofessionell. Über andere POD Anbieter ist die Kommunikation, nach meiner Erfahrung, schneller und unkomplizierter. Bei einer Reklamation wurde ich sogar belehrt, dass es sich bei meinem Fall nicht um eine Reklamation, sondern um eine Recherche handelt. Belohnt wurde ich am Ende mit einem Widerruf von meinem Kunden. Hab nun den Anbieter gewechselt.

Die Benutzeroberfläche ist leicht zu verstehen und zu bedienen. Zudem war ich mit dem Support bisher auch zufrieden. Mir wurde recht zügig geantwortet. Aktuell weiß ich nicht, ob man die Drucke noch etwas besser hinbekommen könnte. Zwei Kunden waren nicht sehr zufrieden. Aber ich würde shirtee weiter empfehlen.
