Have a small shopify site, and managed to recover 2 abandoned carts with the help out scout! using the chat bot, you can ask for today's list of abandoned carts, or view up to the past 30 days. It gives you the option of contacting the customer who abandoned the cart, provided that they put the information in their cart textboxes! you can choose the option to contact them by email or number, the email is prefilled which you can edit but you need to send it out yourself! great app i would definitely recommend it!!

Scout is a very useful app that comes in handy all the time. While other apps require you to be on your Shopify site to check notifications, Scout sends everything through Facebook messenger, and who doesn't have their phone on them? This has allowed me to easily and quickly contact customers who have abandoned their carts through messenger, or email. Overall a very useful app!

Scout is a must-have for any business. Every time a customer leaves a checkout without purchasing, I am immediately notified with the customer's contact information so that I can call them back and help them go back and purchase. Ahmad has also personally called me to offer his help and that was greatly appreciated!

Having to sell higher dollars items scout has helped me increase my sales by 22%. The instant notification to my cell phone for abandoned carts allows me to talk to my customers when there most excited and ready to close a deal! Thank Ahmad and the whole team - Great Apps!

Such an underrated app. Not sure why more people don't call their customers. I learned there are many reasons why my visitors abandon, but I only learned this when I started talking to them. I also really like the chat interface, and how easy it is to access my full abandoned and purchases customers lists so I can reach out one on on.

I usually don't write reviews, but Scout is one of the most useful apps on shopify. It helps me a lot to know about abbandoned cards when are happening. Keep up the good work!

Scout is a great app that notifies me when someone abandons the cart on my site on Facebook Messenger! The best part of this feature is the timeliness and that can make or break the sale! Get it!

Love the Scout App. It sends me messages when a customers abandons the cart or makes a purchase and creates emails to send them that say "noticed you are interested in my store or thank you for your order". I have had customers write me back and say they will now place an order because I reached out. I can also call the person if they leave a phone number. It also gives me customer totals for past weeks orders or abandoned check out. Really terrific app and its FREE! Highly, highly recommend. Pam MomMeAndMore.com

This is an absolute genius app I must tell you do not hesitate to add it to your store, i recovered 3 carts the first day i downloaded this app, its insane and unbelievable and the crazy part is its free. FREEEEEE. Dont even start me on the support the most AWESOME ever Ahmad is so attentive and even got the app upgraded to make sure it was working well with my shop. Absolutely love this app! There's so much to do when building an e-commerce store and Scout truly handles one very important task - keeping watch of abandoned carts and alerting me with the information to potentially close those sales. Truly appreciate this app! It works effortlessly and conveniently, and it is still hard to believe that it is free. Thanks Scout! It is definitely one of my favorite apps on this platform.

This app is extremely valuable! I started in eCommerce in October of 2017 and my business took off. Abandoned carts are everyone's worst nightmare and at first I was inundated with abandoned carts with shockingly high values (some over $1,000). The built in Shopify abandoned cart email is either blocked by the customers email and/or ignored by customers as spam. Scout gives merchants a PERSONAL and effective way to connect with customers in a very easy to use platform (Facebook messenger). Customer are happy and surprised when you reach out personally and they become very willing to complete the sale. Automated cart recovery emails are impersonal and already what they are expecting. I have had great success with this app when taking the time to send a legit email. I have recovered over $10,000 of abandoned cart sales. For a free app this is ESSENTIAL!

We’ve been using scout and its helped us alot in speeding up the abandoned cart recovery. We just discovered their direct whatsapp feature and its simply amazing. To top it all , its completely free and the people behind the app are really supportive and take suggestions very positively. So how the app opertaes is that ever hour it fetches data feom the shopify store and sends you a personal message to your facebook messenger alerting you about the abandoned cart, and lets you call or message or whatsapp the potential customer instantaneuosly. Since we do alot of international business often Our customers have certain questions they wish to ask before they purchase the product. and since we get to call them and help solve their doubts in real time , it sure helps a great deal.

This app is amazing! I wanted to use it for a few weeks before posting my review. This app really works! Whenever someone abandons a cart in your e-commerce site, you instantly receive a notification with the contact information. It allows you to either call, sms, or email the customer. It is definitely a great way to get customers back! Excellent work guys!
