We have been working on our Domain Issue since October 30, 2024 and everyone keep telling us the same words: "I can confirm that your domain issue has been escalated and is currently being handled by the domains team." However, we are in December and no results yet on our Domaine Name being updated and corrected. This ticket number given to us should have been escalated to a Manager's Desk as top priority by now. I am trying to get my business up and running and no one on Shopify's team seem to care about the urgency of our business situation. Their support system is poor poor poor!

It’s been great I started my Shopify about 2 years ago and I’m actually seeing an increase in sales after interacting with the app itself buying things I actually like and things like that ,I will continue to keep shopping and selling on the app!!
