We’ve been using the Shop app as a merchant and have found it to be an excellent tool for connecting with our customers. The way it handles images is particularly good. Our product photos scale down perfectly so customers always get a clean, professional look. We’ve also seen a real benefit from the seamless product review integration. Displaying customer feedback directly in the app has helped build brand trust and gives new shoppers the confidence to make a purchase.
