If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I purchased the shopify chip and card reader WITH DOCK from their website and due to their false advertisement ONLY RECIEVED THE DOCK!!!!!!! So i ordered the chip reader seperate and paid for expedited shipping… and guess what they false advertised that as well. I did not receive my chip reader in 2-3 business days. I called support and they assured me it was because i ordered it on a saturday so i gave them the benefit of the doubt. They supposedly sped up my shipment again so i would have next day shipping and AGAIN i did not receive it. I called again very upset this time since i got a notification my device was in kentucky BARELY!!! And they assured me that it was “possible” for a refund but they could not assure me… Keep in mind that i only wanted refund for the expedited shipping and did not receive anything. They told me there is 1-2 day processing which once again false advertisement. Anyway if there was a 1-2 day processing you should take 1-2 days to charge me because THAT you guys are QUICK to do! Beyond frustrated and dissapointed because i still have my subscription with shopify for the card reader and i haven’t even received it .

This app is amazing because it keep track of any package headed to you, no matter where you purchased. It serves as a standard for invoking a feeling of trust when shopping. I know that if I see the shop symbol that I can trust that my package will arrive.

Good, with a suggestion Overall, this app is very solid and has helped me a lot with my store's SEO. It's user-friendly and the reports are very detailed. My only suggestion would be to add a feature for bulk editing meta descriptions. Still a great app and worth the price!

Love the Shop App. Allows me to purchase and spread out my payments without causing any stress to my budget.
