Very easy to use

I like the ease of searching for what I want.

Well at first it was fine. Then i had a scammer do a charge back on me and from what i understand the banks don't investigate they just award the money to the scammer (fake customer). I was locked out of Shop because of it for several months. Now its back. I'm not sure how it works because Shop doesn't bring customers but I assume its good to have.

Very simple to navigate and change things for your business. Most things if you are having trouble are easy to find out.
