The app has too many bugs that happen often. We got a good amount of users in it, but they kept reaching out to us saying they couldn't post, or that the site was down. We paid for the year upfront under the understanding the app would work well... after it failed repeatedly, we asked for a refund for the remaining year, which was denied. If the app works properly and we choose not to use it anymore it makes sense to not refund us the money... but we HAD TO stop using the app due to the amount of issues that happen often. If you want your brand to seem reliable... don't use this service.

We use third-party services like Akismet to filter spam. Occasionally, these services can misidentify normal posts as spam and temporarily disable an account. When this happens, a notification email is sent to the forum admin, who can easily review and reactivate the user/post directly from the admin panel. Uptime and Technical Issues: We want to look closely at why you experienced repeated downtime. I couldn't find the option to cancel the subscription after signing up. It's a really shady design.
Hi there, we’re sorry for the frustration! To clarify, all Shopify app subscriptions are managed directly by Shopify. To cancel, you simply need to delete the app from your Shopify admin 'Apps' list, and all future charges will stop automatically. This app gives us a platform where customers can communicate with each other and with us directly. I encountered some bugs with the custom login URL, contacted the support team and they responded and resolved it surprisingly quickly. Highly recommended!
This is the first time I have EVER posted a negative review. I have had this app on my site for over a year and I can not upload any images from my phone. I have contacted Support several times to never get a reply. It seems to be an issue with all Android phones. I have tried Apple phones with no issue. Both my Samsung Fold and Flip... neither one can post on this site. It is insulting that they continuously charge me every month but can't even reply to an email. They will more than likely reply to this with a series of "to dos" but trust me I have done them all. I have sent a message through your customer support page. I have all my permissions turned on in the phone. You name it, I have thought of it. I have had more than 10 people to test and all the Samsung phones have an issue posting.
After getting in touch with their support team I have been receiving quick responses and fixes to the various bugs I had encountered. So far, everything is going well and my members are starting to join the platform!

I hope the developers address these problems soon, but until then, I suggest looking for alternatives.

The support team is not responding. There is no way to track the support request either. I have contacted the support using the support page on the application.

Adsense works on my entire website except any page associated with shopicial so you gotta just gotta integrate them manually! They make having your own social media platform so easy!
I am really loving this app. It's very easy to use and set up. I tried a few different apps and this was by far the better one. It looks more like the forums I am used to using. I'm looking forward to launching it in the New Year.
Amazing app to have on your store! It took me some time learning the interface but after I figured it out I love it! Fully customizable, a great addition to my store.

We are having the same issue as the review below. We installed the app and removed it and now we are no longer allowed to run google ads, they keep getting rejected. Its been a couple weeks and we have had no resolution. This is becoming detrimental to our business and we need a solution.
Hi, I am sorry to hear that. We have removed the feature that uses that JS file from this app. You can run ads on Google and Fb as well. Everything should work well now.
This app is very well made and affordable! I just found out that there is a way to make a category premium access, which is exactly what I needed.

I absolutely LOVE this app and it's only been available to my customer base for one day. I sell templates to help people make slide shows, so the Embed and Video links in the comments is SO helpful to my customers. Also, being able to link directly to a product...amazing! Keeping the Forum private (to my registered customers only) makes them feel a little safer about posting personal videos. I seriously love this Forum app and I'm already getting customer feedback that they love it, too :)
This is fantastic. We have used it for our online members forum and it works perfectly. Exactly what we needed! Chris offers fantastic support and has helped us out integrating with our store. Very helpful. The products comments feature is particularly useful and the app installation and management system are very easy to use and administer. Would highly recommend.
