Dropified: AI Dropshipping

've tried several dropshipping apps, but I've finally found the perfect solution with Dropified. I am extremely satisfied with this app, and it has made managing my store so much easier. First and foremost, the support is fantastic. The team is very fast to respond and genuinely helpful, which is a huge relief when you run into an issue. I also love how well-organized the app is. The product and order management is far more intuitive and cleaner than with other apps I've used, making it much easier to stay on top of everything. Finally, the value for money is unbeatable. The pricing for the full-featured version is either on par with or even cheaper than other alternatives, while offering a much better user experience. I highly recommend Dropified to any dropshipper looking for a reliable and efficient solution.

This has been a nightmare experience. If you need to sync existing products in your store with your suppliers this is not the app. Importing new products seems to work okay if you want to start over. Since installing this app there have been significant delays in shipping out orders with our suppliers. Of course, none of this is their fault but ours. They cannot replicate it with newly imported products but the issue with existing products remains. For this price, the app greatly disappoints, and don't expect support to actually help. Our store is now a mess!

We use Dropified for both Shopify and WooCommerce stores. A great app to import products from various eCom platforms including AliExpress, Alibaba, eBay, Amazon. Highly recommended for this app for running one or multiple online stores on different platforms.

You have too many pop-ups.

If you are thinking of using Dropified. DON'T DO IT. I have been trying to make Dropified work for over a year now. I have watched every single tutorial and have contacted customer support several times. Only chat is available for customer support and they keep sending the same useless links over and over. My husband (software developer) has also tried to help me troubleshoot the problems. THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK.

First and foremost, I'm still a fun of Oberlo (Oberlo is no longer available) because of its simplicity, free advanced pricing rules on all plans, multiples supported currencies when importing products. Its probably not a great thing to say because you can't compare a Street car with a sports car, so to speak. Having said that, Dropified is by far more superior and more diverse compared to other Dropshipping Apps out there. It can be a challenge to navigate when you are just starting. But once you get a hold of the navigation, then it's a One-stop, All-in-one powerful Dropshipping App; from product search and imports, advanced pricing Rules, image editors, and bulk editing of products. The positives are countless. I, however, have a few issues that I wish the Dropified Team could look into: 1. The Free plan can only import products and has very basic Markup rules. 2. The paid plan starts from $47. I know the plan has everything, but new Merchants may not afford such monthly payments. I think Dropified should consider having cheaper options starting from around $9, $13, $17, before jumping to $47, as a starting subscription. I used to be on a $17 Plan, but Dropified removed this Option. 3. When you connect to AliExpress, Dropified has limited supported currencies, and this causes a nightmare when setting up Pricing Rules. My Store Cureency is South African Rand (ZAR), and it's not one of the supported currencies. This means that I have to import products in USD or Euros. This causes a huge, if not an impossible task when calculating markups, because you have to first convert USD to ZAR, at the current exchange rate, before you add your Markup. For example, if a product on AliExpress costs $5 USD, and you simply set you markup to X 2 for imported products on Dropified, the product will be displayed as ZAR 10 (5×2 = 10) on your Store. This is incorrect. The correct price in Rand (ZAR) should be $5 x 16 (Exchange rate USD to ZAR x 2 (Markup) = ZAR 160. This is the correct pricing for 100% profit in ZAR But this can be fixed by simply adding ZAR as a supported currency when importing products from AliExpress. Then you simply need to import products in your own Store Currency and then add your Markup to X 2 or X 3 for your profits. 4. The other problem is that the simplified option to suppress supplier contact details, when importing products, doesn't work. You literally have to edit and remove all suppier contact information, company photos, etc., on all your imported products. This is time consuming and unnecessary. Again, Oberlo never had this problem. Simplified option when importing products should simply import product specifications and not the whole supplier details on the imported products. Please fix this issue urgently. Let me end here for now. But these are genuine concerns that have made me start searching for other Dropshipping Apps.

I have used the Dropified App for approximately 6 years now. Very very happy with it! I do approx $1.5 mill in sales a year on my Shopify business and Dropified saves me SOOOOOO much time. I could never run my store without Dropified! Every time I reach out to Dropified for help, they are always helpful and get back to me ASAP. I recently had some issues, where Greg helped me. Greg was VERY helpful and walked me through everything, also sending me a video to better understand what I was doing. Thank you so much Dropified and Greg!!

I use this app to help me with my Shopify store such as adding products to my store from aliexpress.

I use this app for supplements I sell on several websites. The platform is the best there is. I use other POD supplement companies, and none of them come close. After it is all set up (which is super easy), it is fully automatic from when the order is placed to when it is shipped. I highly recommend it! Thomas

I started when the app was called Shopified and saw how the app evolved to Dropified. It is a pricey app, but I love the ease of workflow with the app, and most importantly, the super awesome customer service. Kevin and team are responsive, courteous and always so helpful! Most recently, I upgraded to their lifetime plan. Greg is understanding and offers to refund when I emailed that I do not need the supplements catalogue plan at this point in time. I highly recommend this app if you are doing dropshipping as it is a time saver and it is so easy to use! Most of all, their excellent customer service, it sets a high bar to emulate.

Kevin and the team are the BEST !!!!! They helped me BIG TIME with complicated acount issues and data migration to the new account. Some heavy lifting was involved and they took it upon themselve to fix everything. I'm truly greatfull for their service and support. Been using Dropified app since 2017 and never looked back. Dropified's support team for their Private Label on Demand services never ceases to amaze me! They are the best support team I've ever worked with, hands down. Incredibly knowledgeable and highly responsive. They always work with me to resolve my issues. I just can't say enough good things about them! Overall Dropified is a great app and I would not be able to run my business without it. The new API ordering is amazing and incredibly fast when it works right. Hats off to making it happen. It finally does work most of the time too and I'm confident that the long road getting here will have been worth it once all the last bugs are ironed out. I took one star off because the last few months were a struggle with many errors because Aliexpress updates broke many of the functions. The ordering process was a huge pain and very prone to mistakes. Luckily, this should be mostly a thing of the past now, but I wish it hadn't taken the better part of half a year to get here. Also bundle ordering (which was originally the main reason I switched to Dropified from Oberlo about 4 years ago) has never actually worked properly. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this too will be taken care of eventually. Customer service is fast and especially Kevin has been great understanding my concerns and working on solutions. Even with all the issues I have had in the past and some that are still being worked on, I would still recommend this app to anyone with a Dropshipping store. They are on their best way to earn that 5th star back ;-)

By far the best app there is for dropshipping! Easy, GLITCH FREE plus awesome customer service. Shout out to Greg who is always so helpful in answering all my questions patiently and in detail. The importing of products, one click automated ordering,(bulk or single) shipping info synch, alerts on price change, quantity tracking, all works effortlessly, smoothly. Been using it for over a year now and couldn't be happier. They are always making the app better and better with new features!

My name is Lara Gabe and I am an entrepreneur and using dropified for a while now Before signing up, I struggled with having a good application to use for dropshipping and having the perfect addon to add product to my store. Dropified made it really simple for me and for my team to add products as I have changed from Shopmaster to them, when Shopmaster closed their website I was really confused what to use, but when I tried Dropified I find it great app and even better than Shopmaster. I really encourage anyone in the dropshipping field to use Dropified as it is really a good app and you will find it very useful, I am not gaining any commission from them but I am saying a true review about them and it is really legitimate and helpful tool.
