Email made as complicated as possible, and I don't care about google and yahoo email anymore. I get SO many emails a day from Gmail accounts from spam companies and they want to filter my once-a-month email for reasons beyond my control? Seriously I despise the email system in shopify, gmail and yahoo mail!

Wo kontaktiere ich den Kunden-Support? Ich bitte um sofortige Rück-Meldung. Eine sehr wichtige E-Mail wurde bei knapp 60.000 E-Mail Abonnenten an gerade mal 2.000 zugestellt. Obwohl die Versand-Zeit bereits geplant war, wurde die E-Mail nicht zugestellt. Unsere Umsätze wurden dadurch um 50% reduziert. Kontakt-Aufnahme zum Kunden-Support nicht möglich. Bitte melden!

Atrocious. Email App Editor not working and neither is the Shopify support to assist in rectifying the matter.

I’ve spent hours trying to set up Shopify Email, following every official instruction step by step, only to be told after a long support chat that my store is “ineligible” — with no concrete reason why. Yes, I’m on an active, paid Shopify plan. Yes, I have the Online Store sales channel installed. Yes, I have a payment provider set up. Yet still, the only response I got was vague: “Eligibility involves multiple data points.” No specific guidance. No timeline. Just “use another app” — after days of waiting and troubleshooting. This is beyond frustrating. If you want merchants to trust Shopify’s ecosystem, transparency and respect for our time are non-negotiable. If there are silent rules or hidden thresholds, say it clearly up front. Don’t bury us in vague corporate speak after we’ve already committed to your platform. Until things change, I absolutely do not recommend relying on Shopify Email.

BEWARE! There are a lot of small problems with this app, however the biggest by far was the Black Friday Incident where no one could send out emails. The second HUGE issue is that they have hidden sending limits. They don't disclose this to you UNTIL you hit their hidden sending limit thus preventing you from sending or scheduling emails. Oh and best part? When you do hit the hidden sending limit and they disclose this to you - it is INACCURATE! They wouldn't let us send or schedule an email cause our limit is 200,000 emails in a day. Guess what? We didn't even send 100,000 emails. Oh and support is absolutely no help whatsoever. Save yourself the time, trouble and money by going with a third party email system that is made for ecommerce companies with an actual decent email editor. Oh and I should also mention our email stats are all in the green, so great stats and still cannot send emails. Now we have to migrate to a new platform and start email warming all over again. What a huge waste of time.

pésima experiencia, como es gratis no toma todos los clientes que importas de otras aplicaciones de e mail marketing para que tienen aplicación gratis si no se pueden usar.

Newsletter sent, WOW alignments are ruined, product titles overlapping. you contact support they say its working as its supposed, and OFC refers you to shopify experts! I am already paying Shopify! why would i pay more to experts! *The emails alignment never works on Yahoo mail! and they will refer you to Shopify experts!
