As of right now, i'm still getting used to the app and setting up various processes. I only give it four stars because I'm still learning it. But i would recommend i to another business owner.

Eu achei o programa muito bom e dei 4 estrelas, pois é óbvio que tem coisas para melhorar. Acho que é fácil de usar, programar e criar os e-mails. No entanto, deveria haver uma ferramenta dedicada para os templates, permitindo criar formatos específicos com a identidade da marca. Além disso, seria útil se elementos como as redes sociais da marca pudessem ficar salvos, permitindo apenas marcar na hora de criar. Atualmente, ter que adicionar link por link é frustrante e atrasa muito o processo. Seria interessante abrir para que criadores enviassem mais templates, pois os padrões disponíveis muitas vezes não correspondem à identidade visual da marca.

I think it gets the job done. I only wish there were more layout design options.

When creating my own the buttons did not always work. I switched to one already made and added and changed images and wording and it was fine. It was only sent to 89 people and after 9 minutes it is still sending.

Easy to use, but would love to see some more advanced options like the ability to edit the HTML.

Love the app. I wish I could upload .gif images that animate, but under the free plan I understand the limitation. Thanks!

It's good, and I'm glad to have an integrated mail app. I used to use Constant Contact, and there were features that I would love to see added to Shopify mail that would make it closer to that kind of app. But I'm quite happy to not have to pay Constant Contact, and I'm willing to put up with slightly less functionality but better integration and ease of use.
