Would love to use this in place of Klaviyo but you need more features such as abandon cart and more segmenting. If you could get some of the best features of Klaviyo you'd have a hit on your hands and I would gladly pay $300/mo for this.

It's very easy and convinient for me. The only complain I have is that I want to use "liquid tags" in email messages.

This is a lovely app! However, it would be useful to add few design options to match our theme, for example allow square and hollow buttons, etc.

Good app, pretty easy to use for marketing emails. It has all the basic tools. I would love to see ways to edit the size of the padding (too big in my opinion), a background photo (esp. in the header), turn off the header or be able to fully edit it and to have a full width option (header/footer) in the future. Thank you!

I think this app is very straight forward, and perfect for basic email needs. there's very little customization or bells and whistles, but definitely a solid app to send emails and build multichannel campaigns. which is actually pretty amazing.

This is the first time I have used it and I like the ease and speed that I can communicate with my customers. I'm a spoiled MailChimp user, but at times I need something easy and integrated to use in addition. Looking forward to future growth and open to switching all my email if the results are good.

If would be better if can send emails too all customers ever paid. For a new online business we do not have a lot of subscribers.

The templates are easy to use and the reporting is nice and simple. More detail on the stats and template customization would be good.

If your store is already on Shopify, I would say their app is the way to go. I went through trail and error comparing Shopify Email with Mail Chimp and Constant Contact... I found that Shopify had better-looking layouts and style options that matched my brand. The fact that my products can link directly to the marketing email is deciding factor alone. My only reservation(s) are I wish there were more options to personalize the design of the emails even more (borders, different shapes/sizes for buttons, etc) but the I see how the standardization makes sure your design will render well on various screens. Also, they do not make it easy to add email subscribers-- but not a deal breaker for me.

I really like Shopify email and the fact that it is free and integrates easily. It is easy to use. My only two downfalls are (1) that I am limited in the amount of emails it allows me to send per week. I would like to send 3 emails per week to my subscribers, but I am unable to do so pending how I space them out. And (2) the email tends to take forever to load pictures, freezes up on me, etc. I have tried different browsers and experience the same results. I'm continuing to use it until I can find something a bit better to suit my needs.

It is really user friendly. It would be nice if you could add several pictures in a Frame instead of just one picture.

I used this app to begin my marketing emails. It's so convenient to have this service built in (as it wasn't offered before). I just scheduled my first campaign and look forward to see how it performs. I would like to see more editing features offered in this service. Currently I can only make simple layouts with little editing abilities, but hope to cancel my other email marketing service and just all my marketing consolidated in my shopify account.. which I think is a HUGE plus.

I used this app to send an important advise to some of our customers, what I didn't find how to do it or if there is a way to send personalized emails.
