Previously was set up on Klaviyo for my emails which yes offers lots of features but they were over kill for me, this is so much cheaper and works just aswell

Shopify Email is very useful and easy to use. The cost is also much lower compared to other email marketing services, making it a great value for small businesses.

We were making life way more complicated than it needed to be with Mailchimp. The direct integration with our store is great. The design tools are easy and smooth (unlike Mailchimp).
