App is good, Working perfectly for me, but need more attractive email templates. Currently very few templates are availabe. Expecting better templates as per recent trends

Design options or templates are very very limited. Difficult to make changes to the way the email looks.

I like the cool animated graphic but wish I could also customize the email a bit more with adding images of my own.

it's ok... shopify charges alot though makes it hard a business to succeed. If shopify cut down some costs it will be better thanks

I am used to using Constant Contact where there is a lot more features for creating customized. However, I like having everything linked in one place to my store.

Needs more layout options! It's good, but it's needs more creative options to do different layouts. Needs ability to changes size of images. Thanks! Also, I had trouble filtering my customers by the product they bought. I needed to send out an email to all my customers who pre-ordered left handed picks, and I had to manually tag 200 customers. There needs to be the ability to filter customers by the product they purchased. Shopify is great though. Nice work!

I usually use MailChimp or Direct Mail. I wanted to try the integration with Shopify. While it is easy to use, it appears limited in report data and ability to create alternate campaigns, although I am still working through it so will update with additional feedback once I have used it more and have additional feedback.

There is potential here but it's a little bit too basic. They have literally a handful of templates and right now they're all about Black Friday. Small business owners like me like to have some content already created (welcoming new subscribers, product launch etc ) to take the guess work away because I don't have time to exist already. This is an app with good intentions but it has a long way to go.

At the moment, there are options for Black Friday email templates, and some without any Black Friday branding. You can find these by scrolling further down the email templates list. These non-Black Friday templates also include a blank template for you to create your own email design! Additionally, there is an option to customize your New Subscribers email within the Settings > Notifications area of your admin. This can be found by scrolling down on this page, and is under the "Email marketing" section - the email that is sent out to customers when they sign up for your newsletter can be found on this list and is called "Confirmation email." I used email to run a campaign. Smooth workflow overall. It'd be great if it was compatible with Safari on macos.

It's OK for a free app but it's a long way behind the likes of Mailchimp etc for features. Hopefully more features will be added from October when it becomes partially chargeable. Alan Jenkins INDI Menswear www.indimenswear.com

Not sure if I'm using the app wrong, but it only imports 690 of the 2200 people on the customer list, despite stating that there is no limitation on the number of subscribers.

Easy to set up but very limited options. I can't even exclude a tagged group from the list, such as 'wholesale' tag. Hoping it would improve shortly.

I really like the idea of this app. Very, very simple design and easy to use. But unfortunately there is something very important missing: automation! You cant send your list through an e-Mail campaign. Not even for simple things like "Thank you"- Mails, after a new customer bough something. If they would add automation into the app, it would be 5 stars!

Basic. That about sums it up. If you are looking for advanced features, this is not it. For stores that communicate with their customer base a few times a year, not a bad program. For new stores just starting out, not a bad program. For stores that want to set up workflows, abandoned cart emails, abandoned shopping emails, and more, this is NOT your program. For those that bash it, move on. If you are one of the above types of businesses, this is a cost-effective way to communicate with your customers.

First I thought: GREAT! and it already is, but I thought there will be more included, than just the newsletter tool... Forms, Automation e-mails etc. But no. That would be so great, to handle it all in shopify directly without any third party.

Great idea. But I'd appreciate if we could have automations and trigger features available. Moving away from third-party providers like MailChimp and having everything run through Shopify would be best.

from the one hand? easy to use from the other hand? 1. no automation 2. no option to import lists from different services 3. not feet for other languages than english (no option to translate some of the texts) 4. can't edit the footer text 5. no social media icons only links by text... 6. low amount of fonts

The App has a major problem for me. None of the previews will display. When I open the app to start a campaign, all the templates show, "no image available". Otherwise, the app appears to be very basic. This is just launching, so its to be expected. I thought it was going to replace platforms like Klaviyo and Omnisend, but I can only send out an email campaign. No automation, no triggers, just campaigns. Like what Mailchimp was back in 2002...
