I've found it easy to use and set up. I set up the APP a few months ago and have had less sales using the Shopify free email compared to Omnisend - but the ever increasing cost of Omnisend meant that I could not justify the cost of it.

Really easy to set up emails, automations and works really well with the flow and forms apps. So much cheaper than any of the other mailing list apps I've used! Only wish I'd realised sooner how good some of the Shopify apps are.
