Left expensive Klaviyo for this one and getting great results while saving cash!

It's pretty simple to use if you need to customize a template. I'm still learning about the available features but so far so good with testing. One issue was the spacers in the template I used didn't look as good on an iPhone as they did on an iPad.

Easy to use and very effective! We love how simple it is to choose templates and customize them with our information. Shopify Email makes it easy to engage with both potential and existing customers, which helps us build stronger relationships and improve customer retention. Highly recommend!

i was dying on mailchimp which capped my contact list and decided to switch to brevo. they threw another loop at me when they cap monthly email sends... only to find out that shopify has had a solution all this time. FOR FREE. Can't recommend it more.
