It needs a filter while selecting a segments "Don't Send to" so it can filter out which customers should not receive email out of all subscribers.

This email marketing platform has been as good if not better than stand-alone services. It is easy to use, and has been very helpful with managing analytics and the segmented lists are super helpful.

I've found it easy to use and set up. I set up the APP a few months ago and have had less sales using the Shopify free email compared to Omnisend - but the ever increasing cost of Omnisend meant that I could not justify the cost of it.
