Shopify Email is a great tool for sending professional and engaging emails directly from the Shopify platform. It’s easy to use, integrates seamlessly with my store, and offers beautiful templates that make email marketing simple. However, I wish there was an option to edit the link for buttons more freely. Right now, the customization feels a bit limited, and having more control over button URLs would improve flexibility for different campaigns. Overall, it’s a solid email marketing tool, but adding more customization options—especially for links—would make it even better!

Für mich funktioniert es soweit richtig gut! Es wäre toll wenn man zusätzlich Kunden noch automatisch auf Grund ihrer Bestellung Taggen könnte um so Email Segmente automatisch festzulegen. Aber vlt. kommt das noch. Auch wäre ein Sprachenumschalter toll.

Made the switch from Mailchimp over to Shopify Email.... I only send a couple emails a month and its saving me HUNDREDS.

Was needing a simple email template/app to notify my customers who have subscribed to emails about new products and luckily for me, shopify has one, super! Gives you ideas and prefills products for ya, that's a big help for someone who's just starting out and still learning. Thanks!!

This app is great and easy to use. I used to use mailchimp but I reached too many contacts and was going to start having to pay $60 a month! Shopify email is free and perfect for my business.

I would recommend it because it is easy to use. It would be improved if email had an integration with my blog post, so I could send it out seamlessly with publication.

The app is easy to use and very handy. However, there should be more options to see results as a whole - in a determined period of time we should be able to see the accumulated metrics of: sessions, revenue, conversion rate and new subscribers as a whole.
