I recently moved my store from another platform, and the Shopify email app is the best for creating email templates.

easy to navigate for someone who doesn't really understand how to build a website

Simple but I still have to spend some time getting the email lists together. I wish they would allow us to embed videos or Instagram posts right from our content folder. I have tried uploading my videos that are 48 seconds to Youtube but it forces it into Shorts so I’m unable to add it to my emails. I also wished there were more and better templates for girls or the beauty industry.

We went with more elaborate and expensive apps and discovered that shopify email is easier to use and just as good for our start-up needs!

The app is easy to set up and easy to use. I think it would be great if we could tweak the HTML code, to update spacing between sections especially! Also, why don't you use the same gallery as the website - this would be much easier, as most images are already there, and it is searchable. For emails I have to keep scrolling all the way to the end to find my logos to add them to a different template
