The Shopify messaging app is easy to use and manage. It also tracks the effectiveness of the message for future campaign management.

Not as dynamic for editing as a Klaviyo. Would love ability to preserve colors when in dark mode. HUGE limitation of Shopify Messaging. Analytics are fairly basic, would like to see deeper insights into engagement with emails and SMS.
