I love the email campaigns (although I wish they were prettier). However, the SMS feature should've gone through more rounds of testing before being shared with the public. I've been using a 3rd party text application for two years. When Shopify announced their messaging platform, I was elated because I could keep everything in one place. Well, my happiness quickly flatlined after being approved for messaging and sending my first message to a test group of 8 subscribers. The message took about 13 HOURS to completely send TO 8 SUBSCRIBERS. I was mortified and decided to test my entire sms list (imported from my 3rd party application). The message was time-sensitive. All of my messages are because my store is open once a month for 24 hours. The message had only been delivered to 30 of the near 5000 subscribers by 10 AM the NEXT day after sending it. By noon, it had only been sent to 94 of them. I ended up canceling the second message and have officially deemed the SMS feature USELESS. So much work needs to be completed before giving stores access to this feature. With my 3rd party app, my messages (all of them) are delivered within 1-4 minutes of sending them. I understand Shopify wants everything in-house (because I would love that), but some things just aren't working well enough yet and should be left to the pros until it's ready. It's unfair to the shop owners to get their hopes up and present something so wonky. It's not the well-oiled machines I'm used to dealing with in Shopify.
This site has poor online tech maintenance
Doesn't work. Says my toll free number request was rejected, click to fix errors, none shown but I added more info, and then re-submit but no way to re-submit, no re-submit button. Dead end. Program not functional.

Very limited. Shopify has decided to restrict how many sections you can include in an email, as well as how many test emails you can send to check that everything is working properly. It is also incredibly limited when it comes to design features and settings. For example, button height is pre-set and cannot be changed, spacing between text lines cannot be adjusted, and there are limited options for fine-tuning the overall layout.
For some reason cannot pull from my own templates to do an automation... which is incredibly disappointing and makes the whole thing useless.

SERIØST DET ER IRRITERENDE!!!!! Jeg har oprettet 2 kampagner, som skal udsendes senere.. Alt er fint, og det er KUN på produkter som jeg har uendeligt på lager af.... Alligevel bliver mine kampagner igen og igen deaktiveret og omdannet til kladder fordi et produkt ikke længere er tilgængelig - PRODUKTERNE BLIVER ALDRIG UDSOLGT!!!!
Takes too much space on the page - dont see way to get it out
It used to work great...then they stopped actually sending it to my customer list and only to 2000 users. LET ME SEND EMAILS!
De repente pago 15€ al mes y no se por que, ya que los servicios de mensajes ya los tenia con automatizaciones, no entiendo nada, si podeis contactar y explicarmelo lo agradecere
the most confusing app in the universe. Everything that needs to be bound together is spread all over the place. templats, flows, emails. Its a nightmare to understand
The absolute worst app for marketing. DO NOT waste your money. When I had Yotpo, it was great. 99% of the time, I got a decent range of ROAS. But they're gone now. With Shopify, I'll get a sale maybe 40 to 50% of the time. A complete disappointment.
Just another way for Shoify to Extract more money out of its customers.
This app DOES NOT work with Yahoo email addresses. Emails arrive distorted and broken, making campaigns unusable for many subscribers. No refund is offered - Shopify blames Yahoo, as if it’s not a major email provider. If your audience includes Yahoo users, avoid this app.
